Angels are not always chosen, some are sent! When selecting a realtor one of the most important qualifications is finding a person who is knowledgeable about the real estate industry. With over 20 years of experience under her belt, Ms. Katie was extremely beneficial in our home buying process. We were faced with a few unnecessary challenges, however Ms. Katie remained steadfast, dedicated to the sale of one home and the purchase of another, while always protecting us as her clients. Working with her felt like family during every step of the process. She was always professional, available via text, calls and emails with immediate response, and never made us feel that her commission was the number #1 driving force in the transactions. She has a gentle approach, with an aggressive work ethic to get the deal done. It was extremely a pleasure to work with her.

I have worked with Keith for about 2 years professioally, as a property manager and as my Realtor for the sale of my home Keith’s level of professionalism is unbelievable! He goes above and beyond in every area on his own accord. He is extremely knowledgeable. He makes suggestions and waits for my decision. He is truthful and has much wisdom! He follows through and does everything he promises to do in a timely manner. I am grateful to have had Keith as my agent and would highly recommend him! Terri Yard
