Selling a Florida property from Hungary presented far more challenges than we ever anticipated. Being overseas and unfamiliar with the local procedures made the process especially difficult, but having Edit Gabor as our Realtor made all the difference. From the very beginning to the successful closing, Edit handled every challenge with exceptional professionalism, knowledge, determination, and care. There were numerous unexpected issues involving the property, condominium matters, repairs, tax-related concerns, negotiations, and a difficult market. She never backed down from a problem—instead, she found solutions and kept everything moving forward. Communication was outstanding, even with the significant time difference and the buyer and seller being on different continents. Edit was always responsive, proactive, supportive, and genuinely committed to protecting our interests. What impressed us most was that she went far beyond what we expected from a real estate professional. She treated our transaction as if it were her own and never stopped working until every issue was resolved. We are extremely grateful for everything Edit did for us and could not recommend her more highly. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, trustworthy, and truly caring Realtor, Edit Gabor is an exceptional choice!

I can’t say enough great things about Pattie! As a first time home buyer she went above and beyond to make sure I stayed informed and knew what to expect every step of the way. This was truly an amazing experience thanks to her knowledge and taking the time to understand what I was looking for in my first home. It only took the second time of going out and looking and boom! The home of my dreams. Heaven sent is what she was. Thank you so much Pattie!! I will never forget this experience ♥️

Paul was always available, patient and suggestive as we searched and searched for the perfect home. His special efforts eventually led us to the perfect location to build and we could not be happier.

Renee showed us as many houses as we needed to see and at no time pressured us to buy. She let us take our time and did well in sharing her expertise. Very down to earth. I highly recommend her and would use her again.

Steve is excellent and knows his job well. Also his customer service is great.
