Cannot express our gratitude with Regina and her staff. It was the best experience having them sell the house. This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

Overall good experience

Called Kimberly and explained we were ready to move and buy a home, but had a deadline for moving. With no hesitations, She quickly set everything up and took all considerations of what kind of house and area we were looking for as a family. Kimberly took the time to drive all around looking at houses on a weekend, answering any questions we had, helped us with being out of state with inspections, repair negotiations, paperwork and anything else that popped up during the closing process!
