Chris was such a blessing throughout our home buying process! As first time buyers, we had so many questions/concerns and he addressed them all, never once making us feel like a burden. He was extremely communicative, kind, and always gave his honest opinion whenever we became stuck on a decision. He worked with us until close to midnight to wrap up our offer, just a few days after we walked into the open house he was hosting with no realtor, no pre-approval, and little direction on where to even begin. Thanks to Chris, we are fortunate to now call that house our home! He also put us in touch with many wonderful partners who added to the ease of our journey to homeownership. Nikki and Armando were well prepared for our first meeting, their valuation of our home was spot on, the marketing that the provided resulted in immediate showings, daily with some days having multiple showings, with their expertise of the market and our home being show ready when we listed, it only took 14 days to get to contract. James was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was the first home buying experience for my fiance and me, and he was there every step of the way. He was available to answer any question we had - and there were a lot of questions. There was no pressure from him to try to fit into a place; he was willing to work with us as long as it took. In the end we found the perfect home for us in a community we didn't even dream of at the beginning of the process, and when negotiations came around, James went above and beyond to secure us everything we wanted! It truly made the home buying experience less stressful, and we are truly grateful for everything he did. We cannot recommend him enough.
