We were given Kim's name about 4-5 days before we made our trim to Tampa. When we spoke, she was very knowledgeable and lived in the area we were looking at. She had made a list of potential homes that added to the list we wanted to see. She did her homework regarding waterways and access, for we were looking waterfront.
