Best real estate experience I’ve ever experienced.

Cynthia is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our father had passed away and my sisters and I were selling our childhood home. She helped us from start to finish. She knew just where to price the house and got us our full asking price. Cynthia didn’t stop until the closing was done and we had checks in hand. My husband and I have bought and sold four homes over the years and I was dreading selling this home but thanks to Cynthia this selling experience was by far the least stressful and most rewarding.

Great Realtor with Awesome Advice and follow through

Cyndee recently helps my husband and I purchase a new home and sell our old one. Cyndee was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods in the Tampa area and had a lot of good advice and information. She has the best follow through of anybody I know, and made both the purchase and sale a much easier process. We are very grateful for her honesty and overall commitment to finding our dream home. Selling our home was not an easy sell and she was able to negotiate with our buyer to get the best deal for us. She knows the market and isn't afraid to put in the extra work for her clients!
