Just closed on our new house in Dade City and I cannot say enough about the hard work Erica and her team put in to make this happen. We hit a snag on the sale of our previous house due to Hurricane Ian, but Erica took charge and communicated with both title agencies to keep them informed of the progress on hurricane repairs and got the closings scheduled one day after we received our final permit closed out from the county. Thanks Erica!!! We wouldn't be here without you! And thanks for the "Welcome Home" sign on the front lawn. Nice touch.

Within the first hour my wife and I met Yuri, I accidentally locked the keys inside the house. She was very patient and helpful in figuring out a solution to our lock out problem. While we sat there on the patio waiting for a locksmith, we got a chance to really get acquainted. She explained the process to us and assured us that she were going to be with us and for us, not only in selling our home but also with the purchase of our new home.
