I tried another realtor, nothing for 7 months. Signed with Gena Taylor and she sold my house in 8 days! She sold my friends' house in 1 day!!! She is always available, experienced and 100% there for the client. Sign with her, you won't regret it.

My husband and I were referred to Kendra through the Berkshire Hathaway network and were impressed from day one. We were moving across the country, so our first few contacts were via phone. We were also on an accelerated schedule since we wanted to get settled rather quickly. We had one visit to the city and then we were headed this way with the moving van. After our first call, we knew that Kendra was the perfect fit. Within an hour, we were receiving inbox listings to review. When it comes to work ethic, Kendra sets the bar. I’ve bought and sold many properties over the past 20 years, and Kendra is by far my favorite agent to work with. She is on top of everything and is extremely responsive. Take for example my husband and me…We are opposites in terms of handling administrative matters. I am a night owl, so I tend to pay bills and send emails late at night. Conversely, my husband is up at dawn. Whenever we sent Kendra an inquiry about a property, she responded to us within minutes regardless of day or time. I honestly don’t know how she does it! In addition to being hard-working, Kendra is thorough. She made the entire real estate transaction seamless. Other words that come to mind are: prompt, punctual, attentive and knowledgable. Once Kendra learns what you are looking for and what is important to you as the buyer, she works quickly to seek out the right property. From the beginning, it was clear that Kendra wanted us to find the home that we loved, not the one that fit her quota. I am delighted with the house we chose. As previously mentioned, we were on an aggressive schedule—we found this home within two days. All thanks to Kendra and her hard work on our behalf. If you are looking for a great agent, I would highly recommend her!

Mrs. Roetter was very helpful and knowledgeable. She persisted with us for over a year looking for the right house. She was excellent with communication and made herself available for questions or touring properties. We highly recommend her!
