I have bought and sold several homes. Chris Wagner, hands down, was the best and most helpful realtor of any with whom I have worked with. I was out of town and time zones away for almost the entire process - but Chris maintained constant communication, handled miscellaneous tasks that I could not take care of, and managed each step of the process like a pro. Kudos Chris, you are all of what a good realtor should be. If you are considering any other realtor (and if you are in Stoneridge Lakes, especially so..) do not look any further.
