Melissa made my first home buying experience super easy and smooth. My parents didn't own a home in US, so I had zero knowledge about purchasing a house. We looked through 34 houses over 6 months. She didn't get annoyed/frustrated and didn't push us to buy a house. Instead she was really patient with us and helped us to find the perfect home that we love in Tampa. She was very knowledgeable with all the houses and neighborhoods that we wanted to check. Every time when I had some questions regarding searching and purchasing a house, she was there for me. When she didn't know, she found the answer next day by contacting right person. It was super easy to reach her through phone call, text and email at any time. I don't know if it's part of a realtor's job, but she even help me with mortgage process. I ended up switching my lender in the middle of closing process, but she was there with me through out the whole time. I still contact her occasionally after purchasing one when I have some questions related with my house (home care related and etc). She still answers me as before. I really do strongly recommend her even if you are buying home first time or if you had multiple home buying/selling experiences. I would have to say that going with this agency what's the smartest decision I could have made . I had previously spoken with remax and several other local agents in my area and the advice I was given by them I'm sure was sound if I had wanted to invest money, wait and find the right buyer, which could have perhaps taken months but God forbid years. instead I chose Carl it's a different kind of agency they can market your property in a much broader area, he is an amazing person ,as an agent I could not have asked for anyone more professional, more considerate of my needs more willing to give his time without my even asking to get me an amazing deal ,almost 10,000 off on the property that I bought with the money that I got from the property he's sold for me at 2000 above what I was asking !!!!! I would rate this agency 6 stars ,heck let's give them 10 Stars. Thank You Team Gresen
