The first time I spoke with Phyllis, she recommended a property that met my specific needs. I didn’t listen at first but later looked more into it! She was correct, the property was a bargain and would have checked off our many boxes. Unfortunately, it had sold to someone else. In our dealings with her, she has been fair, honest, and promises a lot of extras and actually delivers! She goes many extra miles to bring buyers and sellers together! Phyllis is professional and extremely knowledgable. Recently she listed and sold 2 properties for us in a market that isn’t nearly as brisk as it was this time last year. If you want to purchase or sell, she gets the job done and leaves no stone unturned. Additionally she is nice, friendly and makes the process painless. Just can’t say enough good things! She is frendly, good work. Persistence.

Michele, was prompt, professional, courteous and highly informed about the market. I recommend her without reservation.
