She helped me negotiate a great deal for the property I wanted, and we had an offer in, accepted, and under contract within a matter of days. She has a great network of mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors that take their time to explain everything in depth and answer any questions, and it's obvious that she knows good people who will ensure the job is done right. Overall, Karen is excellent and really makes you feel like your purchase is personally important to her. She makes you feel like family, and is honest, transparent, and eager to help in any way she can. I'd absolutely recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy a home in South Florida :)
