Karen is an absolutely incredible realtor. She worked with me night and day to make sure I found exactly the house that I wanted and then walked with me through the whole closing process. She practically instantly booked property tours when I showed an interest in a listing, she was patient when nothing we had seen was quite right, and she was very knowledgeable about the areas we were touring, the types and benefits / drawbacks of certain types of houses, and had an overall extensive knowledge of the real estate market that she leveraged to help find me the perfect place. She helped me negotiate a great deal for the property I wanted, and we had an offer in, accepted, and under contract within a matter of days. She has a great network of mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors that take their time to explain everything in depth and answer any questions, and it's obvious that she knows good people who will ensure the job is done right. Overall, Karen is excellent and really makes you feel like your purchase is personally important to her. She makes you feel like family, and is honest, transparent, and eager to help in any way she can. I'd absolutely recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy a home in South Florida :)
