She practically instantly booked property tours when I showed an interest in a listing, she was patient when nothing we had seen was quite right, and she was very knowledgeable about the areas we were touring, the types and benefits / drawbacks of certain types of houses, and had an overall extensive knowledge of the real estate market that she leveraged to help find me the perfect place. She helped me negotiate a great deal for the property I wanted, and we had an offer in, accepted, and under contract within a matter of days. She has a great network of mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors that take their time to explain everything in depth and answer any questions, and it's obvious that she knows good people who will ensure the job is done right.
