After selecting an offer and signing the paperwork Lucy and Robert continued to help every step of the way until the closing. There were several tools and pieces of furniture that we could not take up north with us but did not want to throw away. Lucy and Robert offered to help, and ended up donating all of it to Habitat for humanity and other local charities. Their kindness and dedication to me and my family truly made a difficult time so much easier, I wish I could bring them back to Vermont to find a house for me!
