Erin helped the reviewer buy this property

Fantastic Negotiator! 5 Star Real Estate Broker!

Not only did Erin help me sell my home for a record-breaking price of my floorplan in my neighborhood, strongly defending the value of it every step of the way, she helped me purchase my new home with a builder - negotiating WAY more in closing costs incentives than the builder was advertising. Her builder knowledge, market expertise and skill level saved me tens of thousands of dollars in both transactions. Anyone who has sold one home and bought another one the same day, with the purchase dependent on the sale closing first, knows how complicated a process it can be. Erin stayed on top of all of the moving parts, carefully coordinating and constantly communicating with all parties, anticipated potential problems, and built the right timeline. If you want the help of a seasoned real estate broker with excellent problem-solving, strategy and negotiation skills, who is calm under pressure, Erin is the Realtor for you. I would not recommend anyone else to work with for buying or selling a home!
