Christine has helped me to purchase and subsequently sell 5 homes over the past 30 years. (She was an extremely young lady for the first 😊.) Christine has the uncanny ability to handle the needed tasks competently and expeditiously, for an experienced investor; or to be a fierce advocate, negotiator, cheerleader, coach, therapist, hand holder for an inexperienced or needy buyer/seller like myself. Christine is the most responsive professional that I’ve ever dealt with, available for a phone, text or email exchange 24/7, I’m sure to the detriment of her personal life. She turns a possibly emotional and stressful process into a positive and joyful experience. I can’t say enough about Christine. Just call her. It will be the best call that you’ve ever made.

Christine helped me purchase my house 10 years ago so it was an automatic choice to go to her again when I was ready to sell it. With her experience and professionalism, she directed me throughout the course of preparing and listing the house, signing contracts, and waiting for the actual closing date. Since I had to proceed with my move out of state, Christine took charge and was there at the house every step of the way. She kept me informed through the process, easing my concern over my being physically absent. Since my new home purchase was contingent upon the sale of my Miami house, she even spoke with my realtor here to coordinate. As it turned out, I closed on both the sale in Miami and the purchase of my new home on the same day. I have bought and sold homes in several states in my life and never have I had such attention to detail and never have I felt so confident in my Realtor. I would recommend Christine to anyone who is in the process of buying or selling in southern Florida. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and caring.

Christine was a wonderful realtor to work with. My husband is active duty and we have worked with realtors all over the U.S. Christine was, by far, our favorite. She was always very quick to respond to both emails and text messages. She has a wealth of resources and contacts to make your purchase or sale go smoothly, no matter what issues arise. Even after the sale of our home, Christine checks in frequently to see how we are doing and if there is anything else we need. I strongly recommend hiring her as your realtor.
