Christine Stiphany began her real estate career in 1997 with BHHS EWM Realtors and is celebrating her 29th year! Practically a native to South Florida, her knowledge of Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach and their surrounding areas allows her to work with a wide range of residential and commercial properties.
As a member of the prestigious Chairman's Club and Master Broker's Forum, consistently posting sales that place her in the top ½ of 1% of agents nationwide, Christine has received the coveted CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, held by only 3% of all Realtors in the country.
Christine is a long time resident of Miami and has two grown children and two grandchildren. Christine and Realtor Angie Mase, Lisa Montes and Mary Wilburn have formed a team, PURE SOUTH FLORIDDA. Christine is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Deering Estate Foundation, and one of the earliest "100 Ladies of Deering," prominent charitable organizations supporting the Charles Deering Estate, a 444- acre landmark property along the edge of Biscayne Bay (www.deeringestate.org), and the flagship property of the Miami-Dade County Parks & Recreation Department.
