We decided to sell our house earlier this year and contacted Andrea to learn about the process. She checked out our house and gave us a list of recommendations about what to do in order to have a quick sale and get the most value back. We spent some time getting our house ready to list and had great communication with Andrea and her team through that stretch. When we had the house empty and ready, she and her team came out and took pictures and got it ready to list (shout out to Alexandria on taking great pictures and getting a listing together that really captured the essence of how we’ve seen our home through all the years we enjoyed it!). Although they’re the experts in realty, Andrea was down to earth and open to some ideas that we had in terms of pricing and the write up, which was nice. She also deferred to us on some important decisions regarding negotiations with the buyers, but gave us guidance when we needed it. When we finally posted the property on the mls, we got an offer in 8 days, and then closed in about 40 days, for full asking price. We couldn’t have imagined our sale going any smoother and would highly recommend Andrea and her team for your real estate needs.

Jan was great. We are from Ohio and our children and grandchildren live in Florida. We found this home and Jan met with our children and showed them around and we purchased the home sight unseen because of the time Jan spent with them and how knowledgeable she was about handling everything long distance. We are very happy with our new home.

All I can say is Awesome! Jeremy was great to work with finding my first home. He was very patient and always on the ball when it came to putting in offers to homes. I actually miss working with him but I am grateful I found my beautiful home. I highly recommend Jeremy if you want someone who is honest, real, and plays no games! I will work with him in the future if life calls for a new home.
