This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

This was an incredibly complex purchase, and we faced numerous unexpected hurdles along the way. Kayleigh was absolutely exceptional. She stayed ahead of every issue and guided us through the process with expertise and patience. We are so grateful to have had such a dedicated advocate in our corner.
