I had two vacant lots that I had previously listed with a different Realtor for over six months and we never received any proposal. We decided not to automatically extend the contract for another year since there was no movement with this realtor. We decided to explore other opportunities and that's when we meet Milton Ramirez. He did everything that a good Realtor does, he went to visit the lot he took a photos and videos and he promoted it and in less than a month he gave me several proposals and I was finally able to sell the two lots. I would definitely recommend 100%. He is friendly, honest, very professional and very helpful throughout the process.
