Harriet Offerman is a true professional. From the moment we first spoke she worked diligently first to find the right home and then to make sure every single aspect of the purchase went well. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the Wellington area and of the market. She has a talent for making you feel so well cared for but in a totally professional way. Harriet is one of the most responsive professionals I have ever dealt with - responds to every single call or text immediately. I can't say enough about Harriet. We started this journey August 2019. Harriet gave me great tips how to show my house. We had lots of showings and have had to lower the price several times. Then Covid came and took the house off the market til October. The house was only on the market 2 days and got an offer over our asking price. It was definitely and experience working with the buyer, but it all worked out. We closed December 3rd 2020.

Harriet is extremely knowledgeable in her field . She went above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome on our sale. She also knew who to call for various work projects . This was very helpful as we we were already living in another state. She obviously loves her work and it shows .
