I was pretty specific about what I wanted. Jeff took all of my requirements into consideration and found a unique home well within the budget. What I most appreciated about him was he was willing to go and look at homes on my behalf while I was in New York and he was in Florida. He was very responsive to new listings and acted fast in a hot market. The prompt text replies and FaceTime videos of properties made me comfortable enough to buy a place ‘sight-unseen’. I would not only use him again, but I would recommend him to friends and family. I’m thrilled to be a south Florida homeowner! Thanks, Jeff!

Dennis reinforced our faith in real estate agents! He was so professional in that he listened to us and attentive to our questions. He answered our calls promptly and gave us honest advice on the market activity so it would be a win win for both of us. Dennis was very knowledgeable in our closing details as we were an out-of-country sale. When we had an issue a few days before closing and we were not available, he said “relax, I’ll take care of everything”, which he did.

Great experience. We will use her again in the future. I highly recomend.
