Dennis reinforced our faith in real estate agents! He was so professional in that he listened to us and attentive to our questions. He answered our calls promptly and gave us honest advice on the market activity so it would be a win win for both of us. Dennis was very knowledgeable in our closing details as we were an out-of-country sale. When we had an issue a few days before closing and we were not available, he said “relax, I’ll take care of everything”, which he did.
