Kathleen Lebrecht made buying our townhouse a smooth, efficient, and truly positive experience. She listened carefully to everything we wanted, helped us understand the different communities (we didn't know the area well) and guided us through the pros and cons of condos, country-club neighborhoods, and association fees. She did the research on association costs and the pay-as-you-go golf/amenity options we wanted, found the right townhouse for us quickly, and stayed on top of every detail. Kathleen was proactive with follow-ups and moved the process along so our closing happened faster than projected when we were in a rush. Professional, knowledgeable, and responsive - five out of five starts. I highly recommend Kathleen Lebrecht to anyone buying or selling a home.

Kathy is knowledgeable about the Wellington market. Not only did she help us to find a new home she also helped us sell our condo for top market value. She will fight for what her client wants.

Was very pleased with Kathy as my agent. I knew nothing and she helped me all the way. Was always on the Phone to answer my many questions. This sale took place at a difficult time (Coronavirus) so was thankful to have someone like Kathy helping me.
