I relocated in July 2019. Placed the Property on the market and had not been successful in getting a sale or getting it rented. I received communication by mail for Kathleen (Kathy) and thought whether or not to contact her. I eventually did and scheduled an appointment for the end of November 2019 (close to Thanksgiving). We met at the property, the Friday before Thanksgiving. By the end of the weekend the property was listed and by December 30th. We closed. Kathy listened to my needs, was responsive to any concerns I had and guided me in a manner that made me thankful I had not thrown her postcard away. I would do business with Kathy again and will recommend her to friends and family members when the need arises.
