Vivian worked very hard with us to find a house in a specific area. She knew the trends and did the research we needed. Finally we found one and she was with us all the way to closing. Then, when the sellers did not complete the move out, Vivian and her husband came over and helped me empty the place and then she hired cleaners to clean the filthy place..
