Evan is, by far, the best broker we have ever worked with. Not to mention one of the most solid, down to earth, nicest person we have ever met. From the first day we started working with him, up until when we closed on our house, it couldn't have been a more pleasurable, easy, stress-free experience. It was like shopping for houses with your best friend. I know it might seem like we're laying it on a bit thick right now, but believe us, he is all that and that good. Even after we closed, he was right there to answer any questions we had. Service after the sale was just as good. The only thing I would change about working with him, is that I wish I met him sooner.
