Marlene did an amazing job selling my villa!! There were many other villas sitting stagnant, but ours was sold quickly and for a good price. Many are still sitting there and are now priced much lower than what I sold for. She gave me excellent advise and I trusted her experience. The closing went so smoothly. The new house she found for me is perfect. She was also kind enough to help set up all my utilities and find reliable contractors to work with who did a wonderful job.
