Our context: We were from out of state. We had no realtor, I was using realtor.com and zillow and calling each agent. Our first phone conversation with Barry was good, but then when we met him his communication and clear direction stood out more. He got us, and our need. He had a clear plan and made it easy. He was very knowledgeable about the West Palm Beach and Palm Beach market. What I loved the most was his transparency and rapid response time.
Barry was one of the best agents we have ever worked with. He found us an amazing house off the market that we wouldn't have known about. He worked with us for a long time and was very patient, always wanting to find us the right house. He is someone who really cares and I can't recommend him highly enough!
