Bob knows how to make your selling price competitive and that’s something that is key in the home selling process He really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. Bob is very responsive, always available and always in time, a rare thing in South Florida. He took Bob only 1 1/2 months to sell our old house and buy our new property from the beginning of the search to closing on both properties. If you want someone that is not intimidating, easygoing, and someone that will value you as a home buyer, then Bob is your realtor! We also found that Bob was pretty spot on when it came to predicting how much a property would sell for. Even after we got the keys, Bob has been in touch to assure everything was under control.
