Traian made sure I understood every aspect of the transaction and negotiated several stipulations in the contract to make the deal favorable for me. He was always quick to prepare paperwork, such as addendums and extensions, to ensure the transaction could be finalized as quickly as possible, and he knew how to communicate with all of the key players such as the title company, mortgage broker, and seller's realtor.
