Andy Scavuzzo is as good as they come. He is first rate in all respects. Besides being knowledgeable regarding my neighborhood, he was always there when I needed him. I never had to reach out to him, he was there first. I ended up getting above asking price on my home I was selling and Andy made the entire process smooth and uneventful. And on top of that, he is as nice of a man as you'll ever meet - Fully professional and always willing to go the extra mile. I could not recommend him more highly.

Garfield is very personable. I worked with Garfield from fixing my credit until I was ready to make my purchase. He probes to gain an understanding of my needs and wants. He was there to answer all my questions. He was able to connect me with the right banker; which got me the right rates for my mortgage. There was no restriction on the days that we viewed properties, no restrictions to the time that we spoke. Garfield was very helpful. Would I recommend him? Yes, I would. Both as a realtor and a tax preparer.
