Excellent help with phenomenal patience

This is our third home buying experience, we have worked with several realtors in the last few years and Daniele has easily provided the best and most professional guidance through the process. Daniele is extremely professional, she is efficient, accessible, and highly skilled as a realtor. She is an excellent communicator and holds a wealth of knowledge in the many neighborhoods in the region, ultimately helping us find exactly what we wanted and needed for our family. Getting to know Daniele through our time together showed she is an upstanding person who holds everyone accountable, expects and delivers high quality service, and will always do the absolute best for her clients. Even after purchasing our home, Daniele continued to connect us to resources and tradespeople to support making our new house our home. She is beyond an excellent realtor and we highly recommend her to everyone looking for a home in South Florida.

We have known Dave the past few years. We searched about 2 years before we found the right property. Dave was very helpful all that time. he helped us to view a number of properties. He was always patient and never pressuring. He found a couple interesting options which were not viewable with standard real estate resources. We eventually found the right property and made the purchase. We are grateful to Dave for his help and would highly recommend him as a wonderful real estate agent!

Sharon and Josh helped us stage our home for a quick sale very close to our asking price. They always responded quickly to questions or concerns and were professional throughout the entire process.
