We recently sold our home in Southwest Ranches and used Milva Gilluly as our agent , brilliant decision !!! We’ve bought / sold several homes in the past and never has the experience been more pleasant -smooth- professional than this . Milva staged our home beautifully , she brought personal “accents ” from her own home to brighten ours , who does that ?!?!! She created anticipation by a “coming soon” on line campaign that was so well thought out and clever !!! My home was full on her Open , House —- we had three offers , two of which were over ask !!! Milva will continue to be our go to realtor for purchasing / selling homes in the future , thank you so much for this seamless experience !

Michael Gooden was on top of the sell all the time, he is very knowledge abouth the market and have a wonderfull communication skills. Very professional on what he is doing. I definitely recommend him for sell or purchase real state.
