I am so grateful to have come across Nicholas, he is super professional, took the time to really understand my wishes and the "ideal dream home" for me. He not only answered all of my questions, doubts and concerns but he went above and beyond to give me the resources I need to educate myself and feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire home-purchasing process. Erica is the best of the best. As a 70 yo I have purchaased and sold more than a dozen homes. From all the real estate agents that I have dealt with Erica is the finest, second to none. Without her hold my hand and dealing with some major problems, I wouldn't have sold my home. I needed a shoulder to cry on and it was hers! I sold my beautiful home and now have one nicer, all beach of Erica. FYI--in she has a beautiful family and somehow finds time to do vounteer work. She should be called saint Erica
