When I was looking for a broker to sell an apartment in Fort Lauderdale I looked at a lot of brokers. When I read Cheryl's Bio I knew she was the best broker I would find in South Florida. I called Cheryl at 9 AM on a Tuesday at 12 PM she toured the apartment and by 2 PM she sent me a short list of inexpensive fixes, like new horizontal blinds for the bedroom. Within a week I had an interested buyer. And one month later ( give or take a week) we closed. I got the price I wanted in a slow market and it was a total pleasure to work with her! Cheryl is truly delightful and fun to work with while being right on the money as a sales person.

Alex is heaven sent!!!! We wouldn't have been able to close on our house without Alex words of encouragement, knowledge & patience. Alex showed us that there are realtors out there that are in the business for the best interest of their clients. I cannot imagine nor explain how many times I said this is it lol Alex set the expectations letting me know that the journey may be a bumpy ride but it is well worth it. I am very happy that we chose you as our realtor. I am even more happy that you took the time out to help us find our perfect home. 20 stars across the board! How can I forget his communication....
