We recently worked with Bridgette to purchase a home, while living out of state. While on vacation, we discovered a home for sale while touring new homes in the community. I reached out on a Thursday afternoon to see if we could get in to tour the home the next morning, as we were leaving early on Saturday. Bridgette worked it out for us. We instantly loved the home. She answered all our questions and worked with us to make an offer that we were happy with. Bridgette walked us through the whole process. She informed us of everything we needed to know and do since we moving from another state. Bridgette was always quick to respond whenever we reached out with questions. Linda is a Wonderful professional and a Great person! She's very knowledgeable in her market and was very helpful with tips about local "ins and outs". She worked with us every step of the way, often in the evening and on weekends/holidays. She even drove us to see some properties when we didn't have a car available. She's very meticulous and makes sure that every little detail is taken care of. She dug up an "irregularity" about one property and warned us of potentially very serious problem. Linda even took it upon herself to unravel a particularly pesky paper problem with the city that wasn't even her responsibility, which sped up closing by several weeks! Linda was always prompt with all communications. And since we were buying from "out of state" she was our representative on the ground until closing. In the end she helped us purchase the apartment that was right for us, and for a reasonable price. I'd recommend Linda to all my friends.
