Carlos helped me twice locating an apartment. He genuinely cares about his customers. He works with you no matter your credit situation! I was able to send him possible properties he checked them out to make sure they were a good for me so I do not waste too much money applying to different places and hitting my credit too many times.

When dealing with a professional who knows how to communicate, it makes your experience easy and actually enjoyable. I expected my anxiety level to be through the roof. That did not happen. Mr. Layne made me feel like family. Any hiccups, he took care of it immediately. Trust me he’s the BEST in the business. I would not want anyone else, to help me through this life changing event, that was the most important thing to me. Thank you so much Kirk Layne.
