Record breaking sale, the house was 2 hours in the market and Corey brought me an offer! There was another offer for $5,000 over the asking price the following day and I just closed today!!! Corey went above and beyond any other real estate agent I had dealt in the past. He was very understanding of my particular situation, very patient and always available to smooth out any wrinkles in the process. I couldn't have asked for a better professional to handle my sale. My lawyer was very impressed by Corey too, he managed to impress a Lawyer and a CPA as well as selling the the house in less than 2 hours if that is not impressive I don't know what is!

I have purchased 4 properties with her in the past year! She is very efficient and knows the market in the South Florida area! She took the time to find properties that met my expectations! I had absolutely no stress during the whole process, because she was on top of everything from start to finish!

As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Gladys was always responsive, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She has excellent market knowledge and guided me every step of the way, making everything much less stressful. She answered all my questions, negotiated in my best interest, and truly cared about helping me find the right home. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home
