Record breaking sale, the house was 2 hours in the market and Corey brought me an offer! There was another offer for $5,000 over the asking price the following day and I just closed today!!! Corey went above and beyond any other real estate agent I had dealt in the past. He was very understanding of my particular situation, very patient and always available to smooth out any wrinkles in the process. I couldn't have asked for a better professional to handle my sale. My lawyer was very impressed by Corey too, he managed to impress a Lawyer and a CPA as well as selling the the house in less than 2 hours if that is not impressive I don't know what is!
