Very responsive and interested

12/2025, I purchased my first home. I've searched before with other realtors and just couldn't seem to close the deal. I felt the realtors were self-serving and not looking out for my best interest. My experience with Aura, was short and sweet; 5 weeks total. As positive and optimistic as she was, I was skeptical and untrusting. She was patient, kind, and understanding as I nit-picked my way through several showings. Each time she remained confident I would find my home. She was doting and readily available at all hours of the days, nights, weekend and holiday. She answered emails, and phone calls for me. Had one-on-one sessions with my sister that lived in another state, understanding that my sister was my confidant. She expedited my HOA application, calling them ruthlessly but amicably throughout the Thanksgiving week. Managing to pick up my paperwork when I was stuck at work for 5-days a week. She even stayed behind after my closing to meet with the seller's realtor for the keys, while I rushed to pick up my daughter from school. She was unknown to me, came highly recommended from my sisters Realty ONE group network and became a trusted friend and contact; offering her assistance if future endeavors arose. I was still asking questions after my closing and with prompt friendly service she was always available. Her group provided agents in home inspection, insurance rates, and more. Offering an expertise that was new and foreign to me. She communicated constantly with the buyer's realtor, the HOA board of reviews, my lender, my home insurance agent, and title company. I was left with very minimal worries, focusing my energy on what documents I needed to sign. She also researched the property value in the neighborhood, suggesting a lower offer and succeeding in its approval. Her expertise even went as far as negotiating fixtures to the house prior to purchase. This review won't allow for more details; all I can say is "this is the best realtor in Miami, call now."

Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Vivian Seralta. From the start, everything felt straightforward and way less stressful than I expected. She was always quick to respond, explained things clearly, and made sure we understood every step along the way. What really stood out was how on top of everything she was. Whether it was scheduling, negotiating, or just answering random questions we had, she handled it all without making it feel overwhelming. You can tell she genuinely knows the market and actually cares about getting you the best outcome. Overall, it was just a smooth process from start to finish. We’ll definitely be going back to Vivian anytime we buy another house and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process.I really appreciate Melkys and Wilder for going above and beyond and made the process less stressful.
