Before this real estate transaction, I had never met Jason. I knew of him from local community Facebook groups where his knowledge and rolodex of contacts was readily apparent. He helped us find an after-market granite fabricator to save us thousands on our last kitchen project. When I found a house out in Palm Beach Country Estates, I knew I wanted to team up with Jason. Let me preface this by saying I am an attorney and a tough client to deal with - I read contracts and know enough to get myself in trouble. The adage "A man who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client" hits a little too close to home for me, and I have the scars to show it... I have never been impressed by an agent...until Jason! He asked all the right questions, showcased his market knowledge and wisdom, guided us through the transaction with a great attitude, and had a person for everything. He went above and beyond, and left my wife and I so impressed that we told our other agent friends about him. Jason redefined my expectations of an agent. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, Jason!

As a first time home buyer, my husband and I had numerous questions that Siomara promptly provided answers to. Once we found our home Siomara wasted no time working day and late nights to get our offer in and to make sure the house could be ours. She was there for us every step of the way, from inspections to negotiating a great deal for us. if you want some personable, helpful and communicative realtor, I highly recommend her!. Thank you Siomara for helping find out dream home.

Dedicated and honest Realtor. Mrs. Barrera is truly an asset for Century 21. We will continue working with Mrs. Barrera in many other purchases.

I can’t thank Aidil enough for helping me buy my first property! From the very beginning, they were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and nerves, but she took the time to explain every step clearly and made me feel confident with every decision. Aidil was always responsive, stayed on top of everything, and truly had my best interests at heart. Her attention to detail and negotiation skills helped me get a great deal, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the journey. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and really knows the market—look no further. I highly recommend Aidil to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I’m so grateful to have had her by my side!
