Excellent Agent!

Before this real estate transaction, I had never met Jason. I knew of him from local community Facebook groups where his knowledge and rolodex of contacts was readily apparent. He helped us find an after-market granite fabricator to save us thousands on our last kitchen project. When I found a house out in Palm Beach Country Estates, I knew I wanted to team up with Jason. Let me preface this by saying I am an attorney and a tough client to deal with - I read contracts and know enough to get myself in trouble. The adage "A man who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client" hits a little too close to home for me, and I have the scars to show it... I have never been impressed by an agent...until Jason! He asked all the right questions, showcased his market knowledge and wisdom, guided us through the transaction with a great attitude, and had a person for everything. He went above and beyond, and left my wife and I so impressed that we told our other agent friends about him. Jason redefined my expectations of an agent. I cannot recommend him enough.
