⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Yevette highly enough! I was buying a home from out of state, which could have easily been a complete nightmare, but she made the entire process so much easier. Yevette looked at A LOT of homes for me, and she was incredibly patient through every showing, every question, every change of direction, and all the complications that come with trying to buy a house when you aren’t even in the same state. She was always responsive, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I knew exactly what I was looking at. I never felt pressured to settle for a house that wasn’t right. Once we finally found the one, she stayed on top of everything from the inspection and appraisal to repairs, negotiations, credits, and closing. And there were definitely some headaches along the way! Through all of it, I always felt like Yevette was in my corner and looking out for me. Buying a house from hundreds of miles away requires a huge amount of trust, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I’m now happily settled into my Florida home, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without Yevette. If you’re looking for someone patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in finding you the right home, she’s the one. Five stars and then some!

We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. I can’t remember how many homes we saw in total (both virtually while still out-of-state and once in Orlando), but she found the one for us! When she initially presented it to us, it was not a choice we would have considered on our own, but she assured us it was worth checking out. So glad we trusted her better judgment! What we appreciated most was Marilin’s calm and patient disposition. We at times let the stress of house hunting and relocating get the best of us, but Marilin was so understanding and empathetic throughout the whole process. She answered all of our questions, took all of our calls, and responded to all of our text messages in a friendly and professional manner. We knew we were not her only clients, but she never missed a beat with us. We bought a for sale by owner house, so we dealt directly with the homeowners. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents. I don’t know that any other agent would do that! Marilin, you are amazing! Thank you for representing us so well and for facilitating our transition to Orlando.

In this market, (Miami real state) where most of everything is over promised and under delivered, Shane Graber it was a blessing. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for him. We meet over two years ago, when he sold me the house we currently live in. Today we remain friends, and that for me is important. if you want to sell your house, call him, if you want to buy a house call him and ask what he has in his reach, you will not be disappointed.

Working with Jeff was an absolute pressure he is a straight to the point. Was extremely strategic on how to approach selling our property which closed in 1 month from being listed. Linda is a Wonderful professional and a Great person! She's very knowledgeable in her market and was very helpful with tips about local "ins and outs". She worked with us every step of the way, often in the evening and on weekends/holidays. She even drove us to see some properties when we didn't have a car available. She's very meticulous and makes sure that every little detail is taken care of. She dug up an "irregularity" about one property and warned us of potentially very serious problem. Linda even took it upon herself to unravel a particularly pesky paper problem with the city that wasn't even her responsibility, which sped up closing by several weeks! Linda was always prompt with all communications. And since we were buying from "out of state" she was our representative on the ground until closing. In the end she helped us purchase the apartment that was right for us, and for a reasonable price. I'd recommend Linda to all my friends.

Jenni was phenomenal from introductory meeting through post-closing check-ins. Her professionalism and genuine care for clients is overwhelmingly evident. Her proven reputation in the real estate community is clear, from her extensive network and successes. Couldn't dream of a better individual to navigate the real estate/purchase process. Jenni worked days/nights/weekends to ensure I was informed and fought on my behalf, often without realizing the time commitment behind the scenes. Consider this the sign you needed, trust me - you want Jenni on your team!

I was the buying agent on this transaction. Throughout the process, Nathalie maintained the same demeanor. With all real estate transactions, there are hurdles and we collaborated on resolves not blaming anyone side. Natalie always made herself available when I called, texted and or emailed. She's an effective communicator, not to mention her client was out of the country and she made sure that we had answers in a timely manner.
