He then helped successfully guide our sale process through (city) regulatory issues, property mgmt vendor delays, a new roof being installed on the building and other challenges. We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. Linda is a Wonderful professional and a Great person! She's very knowledgeable in her market and was very helpful with tips about local "ins and outs". She worked with us every step of the way, often in the evening and on weekends/holidays. She even drove us to see some properties when we didn't have a car available. She's very meticulous and makes sure that every little detail is taken care of. She dug up an "irregularity" about one property and warned us of potentially very serious problem. Linda even took it upon herself to unravel a particularly pesky paper problem with the city that wasn't even her responsibility, which sped up closing by several weeks! Linda was always prompt with all communications. And since we were buying from "out of state" she was our representative on the ground until closing. In the end she helped us purchase the apartment that was right for us, and for a reasonable price. I'd recommend Linda to all my friends.
