Working with Kelli was truly the best experience we could have asked for. She is an absolute angel! From day one, she was always on time, incredibly prepared, and fully dedicated to helping us through both selling our home and finding a new one. Our house sold much faster than we expected, which left us with a very tight timeline to find a new place that met all of our (very long!) list of needs. It definitely wasn’t an easy task, but Kelli made it feel effortless. Her patience, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We cannot express how grateful we are to have met and worked with Kelli. She went above and beyond for us, and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly puts her clients first.

Kelli is well informed about the current market. She kept me up to date as to what was and was not happening in my area. She advised me as to what to expect and what to keep my house marketable. We were both surprised at how long it took to sell but when it did sell I was so happy with the people who will be living in my house! So it was well worth the wait. I would recommend Kelli to anyone buying or selling in the Fairways.

I’ve worked with Kelli on multiple deals and she never disappoints. If you’re looking for a real professional with experience to get any deal done Kelli is for you!

Understands the business and respected my desires as well as limits.

Alex heads a very professional and trustworthy team. Him as a leader is a person with high ethical standards, extremely knowledgeable, very professional and a good human being, someone who will recommend you only what he would recommend his own family, honest and sensitive. We could not have felt in better hands each and every time we have used his father’s and his services for both real state and lending. Each member of the team is on top of your case during tedious and stressful processes, they are there for you; each of them deserve excellent ratings. We are very grateful to all. We have come back to use his services for about 30 years now and each time the experience has excelled expectations. We could not be more grateful to Alex Perez and his great team.
