All of this happened so fast! We contacted Yuray to sell our condo before we even had a plan on where we were going to move next. This was about as smooth a sale that could ever happen. Yuray produced a buyer before we even had a chance to list the property. She had sold 3 other units in building within 2 months so when I was ready to sell I knew she was the realtor to contact. When I called her up and told her I was ready to sell my unit she already had interested buyers and we showed the unit to 3 people before even having a chance to take listing photos.
