I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

Eileen’s knowledge of South Florida real estate is unmatched and she exceeded all expectations when starting the process of purchasing a house. She was always prompt in communications and patient in answering all of our questions as a first time home buyer. My wife and I felt confident every step of the way with Eileen as our home advisor. She effectively handled negotiations getting us a house at a great price with a significant reduction from the listing price. I would highly recommend using Eileen to anyone and will use her services again in the future. We are so grateful for all of Eileen’s help in this big step of our lives and she made it that much better and easier to get through with her expertise and professionalism!
