After a previous buyer failed to close on my condo, I was feeling frustrated and uncertain. Then I started working with Joanne Jervis, and everything changed. From day one, she kept me informed at every step, communicated clearly, and always made me feel like my sale was a priority. Joanne went above and beyond the call of duty—tackling challenges head-on, anticipating potential issues, and finding solutions before they became problems. Thanks to her dedication, expertise, and persistence, we successfully closed the deal without a hitch. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and I highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a real estate professional who truly cares and delivers results.
