Finally, given our buyer’s financial funds availability, Richard suggested and implemented a lease/purchase arrangement that worked for both parties to close the deal. As a remote owner, I really appreciated Richard’s assistance from recommending local repair services to dealing with the building board’s requirements, to advising us each step of the way, to finalizing the contracts and sale.
