Iliana Rodriguez did a great job selling my house. She was with me every step of the way. She provided marketing reports showing exactly how much the house could sell for and assisted in determining a fair selling price. She was always on my side in negotiating with the buyer and got the price that I wanted. She was also so helpful. During the sale, I needed maintenance on the house and because I live so far away, she went to the house to wait for and let the maintenance person inside. It was a big help.
