He was so accommodating, flexible and patient; we were looking for a very specific home and Richard proactively sent us listings for anything that fit the bill including homes that hadn’t quite come to market yet. He never grew frustrated with us or pressured us into “just choosing” a home which was critical for my husband and I who were not entirely on the same page.
